Our tourist chauffeur will meet the tourist at the Bandaranayake International Airport and transfer to Negombo.

08.00 Am – Start from Negombo and proceed to Munneshwaram temple in Chillaw

Munneshwaram Temple

After the victorious battle with king Ravana Lord Rama left to Ayudya by king Ravana's Vimana. Then he felt Bramahathi Dosham followed after he killed king Ravana. Because the king Ravana also a Brahmin. Then he asked from Lord Shiva a remedy for this dosham. Lord shiva blessed Lord Rama and advised him to placed four lingams and pray for it in the Manavari,Thirukoneshwaram, Thiruketheeswaram and Rameshwaram in India. This temple is the first built temple for Lord Shiva and also there a belief that lord shiva was located here.
Thereafter proceed to Manavari temple in Chillaw

Manavari Temple
This is the first place Lord Rama noted the Brahmhastha Dosham followed him. Manavari Hindu Temple is the place which placed the first lingam & prayed by the Lord Rama.
Thereafter proceed to Sigiriya (Palace of Ravana)

Cobra cave & Ravana Palace
Sigiriya known as the 8th wonder of the world and also it is known as the King Ravana' palace according to the Ramayana Legend. You will see an attraction named cobra hood cave in the Sigiriya. This place known as cobra hood cave because of its shape. According to the belief king Ravana hide Princess Seetha here.
Thereafter proceed to Sigiriya (Palace of Ravana)

08.00 Am – Start from Sigiriya & proceed to Koneshwaram Shivam temple in Trincomalee

Koneshwaram Shivam Temple – Shankari Devi Shakti Peetam

After the vict Koneshwaram hindu temple- this ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. According to the Ramayan legend king Ravana and his mother worshiped lord Shiva in the sacred lingam form in the Koneswaram circa 2000 B.C. also Lord Shiva in Koneshwaram worshiped by the lord Indra;the king of the gods. There's a belief that the Swayambhu lingam brought by King Ravana to this place. Also, you will visit to Shakti peetam hindu temple which located adjacent to the Koneshwaram temple. It’s also built by king Ravana.
Thereafter proceed to Manavari temple in Chillaw

Kanniya hot water springs
King Ravana carried his mother to held her last rites here. At that time, he couldn't find water for that performance. Then he pierced his thrisula into the ground at seven times with anger and water came out with a big heat. Then the water heat getting down when the King Ravana's anger calmed down.
Thereafter proceed to Sigiriya

Nalanda gedige

This ancient edifice constructed with the Buddhist & Hindu architecture which dated back to 08th to 10th century AD. According to the legend they believe this sacred shrine used for Soorya namskara in Ravana’s era.
Thereafter proceed to Kandy

Kandy city tour

On the way we will stop at Kandy city for a small city tour. Kandy is the most sacred city of Sri Lanka. Upper lake view point, Kandy Lake & Colonial building style are main tourist attractions of the city.
Thereafter proceed to Ramboda & visit Bhaktha Hanuman temple.

In the hills of Ramboda Lord Hanuman was searching for Seetha. Chinmaya mission of Sri Lanka built this Hindu temple in Ramboda dedicated to Lord Hanuman. This place was a camping site for troops of lord Rama.
Thereafter proceed to Nuwara Eliya

Seetha Amman Temple & Ashoka Vatika

This is the one and only temple in the world dedicated to Seetha maatha. Hanuman has met Seetha Matha here first. This temple built on the sides of the stream which Seetha Devi bathed. You can see the mountain infront of Seetha Temple is called Ashoka Vatika and this place is not easy to reach. King Ravana placed Seetha maatha over there. Thereafter proceed to Diurumpola (Agni pariksha place)

This place is situated 15 km from Seetha Eliya. This is the place that Seetha Devi underwent for the test called Agni Pariksha.
Thereafter proceed to Ravana waterfall

Ravana Waterfall

There are caves behind the waterfall which king Ravana used to hide Seetha. You will enjoy with the stunning view of this waterfall. There is another Ravana cave few Km away from Rawana waterfall. According to the time availability you can visit the cave over the mountain.
Thereafter proceed to Katharagama

In the morning you will visit the temple. Lord Ganesha visited Sri Lanka for the marriage of lord Murugan. You can join for ritual in the morning by 10.30 Am. Lord Indra requested from lord Karthikeya to go to battle field on the last day of the war. Thereafter proceed to Ussangoda

This place known as one of the airports of King Ravana and also believe the king Ravana’s weapon & ammo store was blasted here during the war.
Thereafter proceed to Devinuwara lord Upulvan Vishnu shrine

Upulvan Vishnu Temple

This Vishnu temple is one of the Oldest temple in Sri Lanka. Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
Thereafter proceed to Rumassala mountain in Galle

Rumassala mountain & Galle Dutch fort

According to the Ramayana during the war between King Ravana and Rama, Luxhman was wounded. At that time Lord Hanuman brought a chunk of the peak which contains many herbals from the Himalayan mountain. Suddenly it slipped and broke into five pieces and one fell to Rumassala. Rumassala is the place that has the highest specific gravity globally. There after visit the Galle Dutch fort few hours.

In the morning visit the Anjaniyar temple. This is the firstly built Anjaniyar temple and the only Panchamuga (five faced) Anjaniyar temple in Sri Lanka.
